I have owned this domain for a while now. It enjoys high ranking in most of the major search engines, first page in fact on most SEs (no1 position in MSN) for the popular term - 'northern ireland jobs' . It is page 2 google for this term.
It gets around 200 unique visitors a day searching under these terms. It is a Google PR3, wth over 3000 one-way backlinks.
I have started to get a bit of interest from local recruitment companies and to be honest, I am unsure of what to value it at for sale.
Anyone care to give an opinion on what sort of price I could be asking?
