More than 2 weeks ago I sold you 14 domains for reg fee, I initiated both transfers straight away, you knew I had done this and you knew to accept the transfers by e-mail (it's not hard to do) you let the 5 day window pass by, 1 week ago I sent you a PM through Acorn asking you what you are doing about the transfers ? but still got no reply :???:

I am going to initiate the transfers again today, if you don't accept them this time then I will keep the domains with no refund.

I sold them for reg fee and don't wish to keep chasing them up for the sake of little money.

I think I have been very fair towards you but no acceptance of transfers and no response to my PM and now I put a message for you on a public forum which you use.

I done my bit 100%, I am a reputable domain trader and on the ball with payments and transfers and I am not a thief but I don't want to keep chasing and refunding £75 after chasing around well I want some money for the time spent messing about, call it an admin fee, this is your last chance to accept them.

If anyone on here knows Jarrod then please contact him asap for me.

NB* you will need to give me the email address again

Many thanks 8)

I found your e-mail on your profile and the domain transfer of all 14 domains will be initiated today, also I am sending you an e-mail to advise you of this.

I am doing nothing more after this especially as you was on here at 9.43am today according to your Acorn stats so no reason why you couldn't respond to my PM I sent you.

Why do I feel like the buyer rather than the seller

Why the stress? He im sure will get round to it when he can.

Not really a big deal for you to keep hold of them for a bit is it?

I can't understand why he couldn't just accept the transfers, it's very easy to do and why ignore my PM on here :?

If I didn't have to keep initiating the transfers then fine but it's annoying doing it for nothing :|

understand your feeling

Had done a deal for boxing.org.uk

i was away but managed to get a check sent as this guy

would not accept pay pal sent it recorded then told be he had a higher

offer and if i could not up my bid i would not get it mmm after he gets cheque

mind you he was accountant

and had one or 2 other run ins recently and i thought this was a nice place

it seems people can tell you to f*** off here and still maintain a reputation beyond repute which to be honest gives people a false impression

just coz i asked him what he wanted for them and would not give a offer

for a site with a poxy 146 search vol

ha feel better now have let off steam do you doodlebug

welcome to domaincounselling funny that are the domain in question was

debtmanagementcounselling and debtmanagementcounseling.co.uk the guy was a right Pri*k and i dont mind

saying who it who Mibut

Agreed rep on here means nothing.

Needs sorting, or just take acorn with a massive pinch of salt.

I agree rep should be sorted on Acorn.

More people should be leaving bad rep for forum members who don't complete on purchases, the problem I had was when you leave bad rep after waiting two weeks for non payers they just return the rep with some cock and bull story very annoying from the sellers point of view.......

agreed - most people on acorn are ++ transactions finished within the hour, i know people are busy but complete it there and then its better for everyone. If i dont do it there and then i normally forget!

i've just added disappointed rep in relation to one of my outstanding / no response deals and admittedly it didnt visually make an difference to the recipents rep - perhaps a number would be better than the green bar graphic - it seems very quick to go to the max after one or two positive feedbacks?

I got the impression from the OP that the names were actually paid for when the deal was made, so the whole post seems a bit rough on the buyer IMO. I think we've all missed the odd Nom email from time to time.

I know I have been a nightmare in the past for being too complacent, but I did sell a couple to Jarrod, and he paid in minutes and transfer was done in no time at all.

And I havent seen him on, so maybe hes away?

Andrew I don't know how long you've been domaining but you sure have forgot the good old days of paper transfers... cut some slack!

To confirm, I sent full payment to Andrew for all 14 domains within a matter of hours of me agreeing to buy them. He sent me 2 transfer requests with roughly half the domains on each. Those transfers lapsed 7 (working) days ago, as I was meaning to email him to ask for a single bulk transfer.

Andrew sent the bulk transfer last night and the domains have now been transferred.

Case closed.
