At least 4 years old.
At least 1500 UV/day (more = better)
Niche – not important
"8 pack" sitelinks for domain name (including the tld)
Tld NOT important
PR - Not important but I am looking for specific traits.

After approximately 4 months, you are welcome to have the site back in full (backup will be taken at the start) although expect it to be under a manual AND algorithmic penalty. The site will be given back for free if you want it.
