automate whois updates?

I have a need to update domain whois infomation automatically (basically via cron and or broswer interface). Ive been googling all mornnig for php scripts and shocked I couldnt find anything like this.

Anyone ideas or a solution?

If nothign else can change the main thing to be changed is the whois email address on a domain
