I'm just trying out http://www.manuallinkbuilding.co/ - based on a recommendation on a previous thread from (I think) Caz.

Anyway they seem to have a good tracking system, just trying it on one site to see what happens first.

You should try “Triond”. It is like an content distribution service. I am using it since last 2 months and the thing which I've noticed, each website in their network has a good PR and traffic... It offers a good opportunity to earn more quality back links. Even they are including more blogs in their network list.
