Anyone know any good places for static server backups? - about 10Tb from various sources.
Is it better to find a storage system or just utilise high bandwidth/diskspace servers in various locations.

I use Duplicati backing up to a Gsuite cloud drive. Unlimited storage for about £7 a month. I can sort you an affiliate code for a small discount if it sounds useful.

I also hear good things about Backblaze as a more managed service.

Depends on the budget and history you need. We always use a vault in azure but it can get expensive, also not all workloads are supported..

We use storage boxes for most backup storage, I think we currently pay about £50 a month for 10TB storage and 20TB Transfer with different connection methods. Feel free to message me if its of interest and ill send you the link.

Could also try S3 at Amazon AWS, S3 Glacier I believe is useful for backups.

S3 is great, but it's expensive when you're talking TB. But Glacier and Glacier "Deep" are options if you don't want frequent access. For 10 TB you're looking at £40 p/m for Glacier and for Deep Archive you're talking about £9 quid. Cheap in comparison to standard S3, which would cost about £230 for 10TB a month

What tools are everyone using to push data into Glacier and the like? We have a NAS box that does it automatically, but are still using Crashplan at the server level.

Expensive? I've always thought it fine for live servers, but a bit pricey for dev boxes.

Martin, I wouldn't use it for dev boxes probably because the data doesn't matter as much so can compromise with something less pricey/free or just backing up to S3 Glacier or something. But for production it's an option, depends on how much money your project makes IMO, if you can afford it, I'd use it.
