Wanted: Service Banner Adevertising Spots Wanted

From time to time I like to promote my websites using 468x60 banners. I use a few reciprocal arrangements etc but wonder if any AD members have sites (PR2+) where they are looking for banner advertisers?

If so can they post details (or PM) about the sites they have spots available on, whether links are "follow" or "nofollow", and what the costs are?

Are you suggesting I want to pay for links? Surely not!?! That's totally out of the question!

We only ever place adverts on websites for the massive level of click throughs don't we? At least that's what Google told me to think anyway.
