Best tablet under £200?

Looking to buy a tablet for around £200 as a Christmas Pressie.

Anyone recommend the best available for this price? Apple, Android, etc.

Nexus 7 or Kindle Fire.

7 if you want standard Android. Fire if you want to save a few pennies and don't mind messing about with it yourself.

asus (google) nexus 7 from all accounts is pretty good. The new incarnation has 3g as well. Shame it has no sdhc slot. Then again the others don't either.

That's very cheap. If only it had where's my water, you can't even search for it on blackberry app world as its search doesn't allow apostrophise.
