I would like to know also as I only read seo blogs at present.

Seobook.com is good, but it is neither uk nor free (some serious seo types from the uk on the forum though). Seomoz for tools and tips. Really though Google's free guide covers all the mechanics, the rest is either buying links, or creative marketing - which is where the skill come in and where I fail miserably.

I know it's not Uk based but the best seo forum I've come across online is Warrior Forum. The only problem I've come across is that it gets so bust that sometimes your posts don;t get replied to because they disappear so quickly!

Just taken a look at http://ukseoforums.com/ - the signal to noise ratio there is horrific.

http://www.th3core.com/ looks really good, though. A lot less spam; the discussions seem to be pretty high-level. Thanks for the pointer dougs!

http://experienced-people.net/forums/forum.php is good for low noise/high quality but more focused on online earnings/site buying/flipping than seo in particular.
