The term actually has only 170 exact searches per month, in the Google keyword tool, if you have the location set to "All locations", as you have, then you get 2,900 exacts, but that's the result from the whole world, you need to set the location to "United Kingdom" for .UK domain names, as world wide results mean nothing for local country names
