Google Adsense blocking words ?

ive made a site for manchester city,
can i stop adsense showing adds for manchester united ?

i dont think visitors are going to click and buy 'Manchester United Bedding'
i guess the word 'manchester' is triggering such adds.

any ideas?

I think your only option is to block the site by url:

https://www.google.com/adsense/filter-online

If they are 'placement' adverts then you can manage them in the review center:

Google looked to have been testing a bad word filter, not sure if it ever came in though:
