When doing the transfer, set the registrar tag to 123-REG (it has to be in capitals), then login to your 123-reg account and transfer the domain in to them for free now that it's on their tag.
Enter the following:
Your Registrar: Nominet (ALL .co.uk. domains)
Assistant's Name: <leave empty>
Assistant's Email: <leave empty>
Assistant's Phone Number: <leave empty>
From memory I'm sure Sedo default your Registrar (in the case of .uk domains) to the above without you entering anything.
Sedo will then request the seller initiate the change of ownership process and you will receive an email from Nominet. When you receive this email complete the steps outlined by Systreg as part of the transfer process.
