Just bought a couple of Geo domains, any idea on value for either of them?

BracknellForest / org / uk - Population 110k - 9900 Exacts
EppingForest / org / uk -Population 119k - 14800 Exacts

It looks like EppingForest used to be the Epping Forest Information Centre.

My gut feeling is sub £60. There is a lack of AdWords coming up, and that's a bad sign. I'm not really sure of tourist levels to these areas, but the lack of AdWords suggest tourist searches aren't that great.

Thanks, I may chuck a bit of content on them and see where they rank. If they go in high enough in the serps based on basic SEO I may develop them further and try selling advertising space on them.

The money in these domains comes from ranking them well in G and selling private ads - hotels, B&B, a paid for business directory and so on. If you can, regularly add hyperlocal news items to increase traffic.
