Its strange when things like this happen. Its almost like there are loads and loads of people with the capability and mindset to do this if they are pushed over the edge. Some will live out their life without ever doing anything, but some like this guy do. I wonder what the deciding factor was for him to carry this out. Even more mind boggling if he targeted random people!

I'm a big fan of Criminal Minds and they call the 'deciding factor' a 'stresser', whatever event it is that pushes them over the edge.
