We have BT infinity in our main office and I had a BT broadband business account at home on a second line to the main phone number.
Having seen how well Sky internet was working for our neighbours - far faster than we'd been able to get with BT - I decided to cancel the BT at home and just go for Sky on my home line which, incidentally is working really well.
On cancelling the line and Business broadband, both of which were out of contract period I was told there is a £25 termination charge for cancelling the broadband.
How can this be justified?
