Anyone know a good (free-ish) bulk emailing tool? - preferably running off an access DB?

This one isn't free but I can guarantee it's the best automailer out there.

I was researching these last year and I found that most were either over complicated, didn't work properly, or were packed full of adware.

I only found this by chance and their knowledgable support has always replied within an hour.
