I think that's a Good call Edwin
Who would you want to go with 'Butcher'
Everything retail Meat related requires two words, unless it's specific to a breed
it'll never be the easiest of main-stay 'Carnivorous' words to be inplay
Business is Business ;)

A4 is much "cheaper" and shows up in many supermarkets in Japan at the priciest end of the butcher's counter. But A5 only tends to turn up in specialist shops,

I wonder to what extent people believe one tastes better than the other purely because they're led to believe it will

I remember watching a segment on tv where they sat random people down in a supermarket for a blind taste test, gave them expensive wine that they said was really cheap, people were like "Oh yes I can taste how cheap this is, tastes like chemicals"

Then they gave them cheap wine and said it was very expensive and they wowed over it "so fruity and fresh"

Obviously you wouldn't fool an expert like this but many more novices than experts

This all reminds me actually, a club called "Boujis" in London was filling
£360 bottles of Dom Perignon with £9 bottles of prosecco

Apparently went on for three years...
