Just seen on Yahoo that wintertyres is trending today, made me think about this domain I bought about a year ago.

Is it any good ?

I bought bestwintertyres.co.uk as well

Which is better ?

This is quite niche, but I like the brandability of BuyWinterTyres.co.uk, but convincing an existing tyre outlet to buy it off you will still be difficult.

bestwintertyres.co.uk is good for an informational site, but to make money from it means doing it right and having good reviews of winter tyres, then you can sell advertising on it. Not that easy.

Overall, some potential, but quite niche and not an easy sell.

Not many people into fitting their own Winter tyres. So given its lead word "BUY" one of those domains that your really restricted to a 'local dealer' wanting to run with it as a local campaign (i.e. not a direct internet purchase or lead generator) unless a national Co thought it strong enough for a Campaign - I don't see it selling

I try to avoid those type of domains myself... I prefer 'bestwintertyres' but I still wouldn't register it myself
