I think it's a good domain, highly brandable. Personally, I think it could be worth more to the right buyer. Have you tried marketing to online recruitment agencies for example? It's only worth more to a company that has a big recruitment business going.

Remember however that an offer is an offer, so it depends on your personal circumstances as to whether you accept it.
