Cant view some sites?

Iv got a problem where I cant view certain sites anymore, I have had this before and was told to type something in "command prompt" which worked but I cant for the life of me remember what it was, can anyone help?
(I have cleared cookies etc)
 
1.Click Start, point to All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation.
2.At the command prompt, type <tt>ipconfig /flushdns</tt>, and then press ENTER.
3.You should receive a message that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.
