Carolyn Bedford to join Nominet as CFO

Carolyn Bedford has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Nominet.

Carolyn is an experienced financial executive and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

She joins Nominet from Vodafone, where she is currently head of finance for Vodafone networks.

Carolyn will join Nominet on 1 December as an executive director on the Board.

Commenting on her appointment, Carolyn said: “This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a unique role in the digital economy, a new strategy and a real commitment to giving back to the wider world.”

Paul Fletcher, Nominet’s CEO said: “I’m delighted Carolyn is joining us and look forward to working with her. This role is an important one: managing Nominet’s finances and helping us make the right decisions and investments that enable us to deliver for all our stakeholders.”
