Benjamin Cohen was doing a story on the launch of Apple's iPhone on this evening's Channel Four news.
He was interviewing a Vice President of Apple and asked them about iTunes, - we see an Apple member of staff's response saying they're not prepared to discuss iTunes and the interview was terminated. We don't see his previous questions about iTunes which the interviewee refers to.
This was in my view mis-represented by Cohen as the Apple Vice President refusing to answer questions about the iPhone being locked to one service provider.
In the video clip on the website he asks if it is right you need iTunes to get the best out of an iPod. (iPod not an iPhone). I, like the Apple VP and staff cannot see the relevance of that question, but it was that question which Apple refused to answer - not the question of anti-competitive behaviour.
I also think Benjamin Cohen's previous dispute with Apple over the iTunes.co.uk domain name perhaps should have been mentioned to give viewers the chance to realise his report might be biased. I think his previous dispute makes him an unsuitable person to cover apple stories, I think he does not appear to have behaved impartially in his iPhone report this evening.

I followed the channel four complaints link given by OfCom (
http://www.channel4.com/contact_us.html#viewerenqs ) and the first thing I saw on the page, before I'd written anything was: "Your enquiry/issue has been received and will be handled within 7 Days.".
