Heart Internet charge £6.09 per single .co.uk

Both have reduced prices for bulk... I currently use Heart and haven't had any problems at all with registrations... very fast and efficient.

I think 1&1 may be cheaper? Never used them before and never will - Just be aware that the cheapest isn't always the best option... service comes at a price

You want to know who is the cheapest or where most people register names, or both? I suspect they will not be the same!

For .uk its still 123-reg *puts hand on table and strikes with hammer* Why?? Not sure, because im used to them and they are consistant I guess, easy transfer and easy console 123-reg *hammer* 123-reg *hammer* :roll:

123-reg consistent - i'll agree with that. consistently shite. Saying that i saw sense to move away from them long ago so they may of improved tho doubt it. I use fashosts/ukreg.

Consistantly useless alright. I have written complains to them emailed complaints and they still aint refunded me after taking my money for 18 domains that they didnt register, I must have registered 100s of domains over a 14 week period in both my accounts and then I came to sell one, I found it hadnt been registered even tho it was in my control panel and I'd paid, so I checked my invoices and found 18 hadnt been registered.

They SUCK ASS!

I'm with Daily now, I have about 700 domains in 1 account and about 100 in the other since i moved.

I should add one of the best features on daily is they allow you to bulk update the nameservers so you can change any number to your parking company or whatever in one go.

yes rich 1&1 should come with a national health warning.....;-),they once took three days to register a domain for me and somebody pipped me to it....,i still use uk2 and they register instantly,not the cheapest but i like the interface.

re: OVH ¬ It seems it's only £1 for the first year... Ie, they are pulling a 1&1 stunt, as we all know that UK domains are only registered for 6 months! They are based in France. (see www.OVH.com).

I just put in a few availables and it came out to be £11.98 + vat PER YEAR on the final page, so they are lying -- a call to ASA/Trading Standards might be in order! To stop another 1&1 from ripping people off.

Looks like Domain Name Registration, UK Domain Names - Total Registrations have started offering .uk's for £2.50 per year.

Nothing on the homepage about it yet but account holders have been told about it today.

Can't argue with that pricing I reckon...

But I recommend 123-reg as you can change the TAG yourself and get many free features.
