£9.21 at Namecheap.com (the price is likely to fluctuate from time to time, since the underlying site prices things in US$ but the shopping cart auto-converts to pounds)

I believe there's no VAT payable at Namecheap.com (US company) so it should actually be cheaper than 1and1 (it's hard to check, because 1and1 don't display the VAT pre-payment, but a note in the footer of their site suggests it would be payable)
