I'd be interested in your thoughts on this domain.

Google says 201,000 exacts per month.

I'm not sure if it's worth developing or selling on (looks like a more competitive niche than I've got the time for...)

An awful lot of exacts. The downsides being it's three words and a .org.uk

I'm sure this could fetch low-mid £xxx
