I see quite a few similar, check if a 'site is down' type sites, which when you check a domain, you often get an advert/link to a hosting company offering grntee uptime etc.

check for yourself with a domain you have and see that even that site is 'up'

I have been using that for some time now and has been 100% spot on so don't think it's a malicious plug site. By means of showing the site been down.
