Checking if a site is down

[golddiggerguy]

Twitter for me has been up and down all night so here's a link to test sites and stop you banging your head against your laptop.

Down for everyone or just me?

lol, nice try, quite an old one that one.

Good potential viral campaign to get more hits to the hosting company behind the 'site'

I see quite a few similar, check if a 'site is down' type sites, which when you check a domain, you often get an advert/link to a hosting company offering grntee uptime etc.

check for yourself with a domain you have and see that even that site is 'up'

I have been using that for some time now and has been 100% spot on so don't think it's a malicious plug site. By means of showing the site been down.

Thanks for the link, GDG. I haven't seen it before, so as usual I'm behind the times?!
