checking page rank/incoming links etc

I have a couple of domains which I am selling on sedo of which after looking at the Ranking report on one of them, it has:

PR2,
over 300 Yahoo incoming links
alexa rank of 450,000

So my question is how reliable are these reports from Sedo and do you go by these reports or do you use other tools?

Install the google toolbar which will show you the pagerank and you can also click on it to see the backlinks. Also you can download "sparky" I think its called to see the alexa rank of the page you are currently on. Just do a google search for these and you'll be good to go

SEO Quake

I would highly recommend SEO Quake plugin.

It's a nifty tool and works with
Firefox &
Internet Explorer

It comes standard with a bunch of useful tools that would compete with the majority of back link checkers out there. however, if you need some more info you can add extra parameters which complete your SEO arsenal.

If you just want a tool that gives you a more detailed check on the backlinks then I would suggest you use www.linkdiognosis.com Please note that I have found this not to be 100% accurate but it does give you some pretty detailed information. (enought to send it to clients anyway)
