Wanted: Domain Appraisal chocolate factory

My other half picked this up on the drop a week ago

It is having average 10 uv a day and a 13.5% ctr as a parked page

All other extns are gone also

Would appreciate other peoples opinions on this too

Certainly a great domain to develop due to memorability. Its very easy to find a dropshipper for fine chocaloates and the like.

I wouldn't count on any sustained traffic to any undeveloped .org.uk picked up on the drop so I would develop or flip quickly. That traffic is from the old site - from the looks of it some sort of art studio/restaurant in London maybe this one(?)
