Think you should be very wary of using this name. Doesn't have to be an officially registered trademark for you to get into deep doodoo!

If you are gaining traffic on the back of Mr Holland's reputation, and brand image, then you can be accused of passing off and be faced with DRS actions and all sorts of other legal pain. Could be a very expensive exercise if you're not careful. Of course you might get away with it, for a while at least. Many people do with similar names. But is it worth the risk:?:
