What do you reckon?

There is no way on this earth I can see Mr Ham or the Cameroon government parting with any of the names listed on ebay.

Get them while they're "hot"

There is a good few £'s on the table already.

Buyer beware!

.

Indeed, well suspect - brand new ebay seller with zero feedback, bidder ID hidden!

It looks like the .cm catch-all has been turned off though, I dont see any .cm domains going to that parking page now!

Yeah, I noticed that.

Maybe ICANN have pulled the plug. I hope so. ..... Corrupt TLD

"A similar problem arose in 2003 when Verisign, the registry for the .com and .net TLDs, redirected all non-existent domain names with those extensions to a search service called Site Finder. That controversy resulted in ICANN, the body that oversees Internet protocols, forcing Verisign to shut down Site Finder." here

I emailed to see if they could ge me phones.cm

the reply.........

In regards to phones.cm it is taken by a company in Africa but they will sell it for £1200

Its high becuase i have to get it through the company i deal with in Cameroon. This will include your 1st years annual maint fee though worth $600, £300 in sterling, but you have to wiegh against what you can earn.

Look at yahoo.cm! Google missed out google.cm and this guys site makes millions.

Let me know

I don't think Ham ever bought any of the domains (think you need to be Cameronian national to register) he just redirected those that hadn't been registered (with the governments approval), which happended to be most of them :D

but agree ebay auction smells big time.

Being a Cameronian national also doesnt help. Around 9 months ago I asked a friend to get her sister (which is) to buy a domain on my behalf. Im sure someone does own the odd cm domain but not a list to be sold on ebay.
