Whats your take on this domain?

Searches on google are huge ,CMS sites are growing like crazy.So what do you think?

With low global/local exacts (210 global, 16 local) I'd say it's probably worth reg fee at best at the moment, even developed as a directory of CMS script's I think you'd find it hard to monitise as most of the common CMS scripts are free.

cms script - 6600
script cms - 6600
free cms scripts - 720
download cms - 33,100
cms download - 33,000

These searches are global.Setting up a website where people can find all related cms scripts,software,downloads,templates etc..

In the keyword tool you need to change the broad search to the exact search on the left hand side, this will then show you the exact search figures:
