If .co is a poor second cousin to .com, then .com.co is a destitute fifth cousin of .com. No value there.
As for the Russian ones, I don't know the market there enough to know whether many companies use ".com.ru" or if they tend to use ".ru" (though I suspect the latter). Either way, a very English term with a Russian (probably secondary) extension doesn't seem like much of a match.

Value might be a few % of the .com perhaps for the tip top keywords. But that value will drop off very very quickly once you get to more secondary terms.
