Wanted: Domain Appraisal .com Should I buy

Hello I'm thinking of buying a domain and was wondering if you could value it based on it Adwords statistics alone. It's made of 2 keywords and is a .com

Impossible to tell really without seeing it but it looks good.

However, are you sure that you've got "exact" matches ticked rather than broad?

Also, is it a trademarked term?

You can make a guess from the numbers but you need a bit more info:

- What's the average CPC (you need to be logged into an Adwords account to see this)
- Do you see a lot of ads when you search for it, or just a few (suggests how deep the market is/how many people see that keyword as profitable) - sometimes you get a single high cpc and yet clicks on adsense will be low value as no competition.
- is it for a real industry/something people want or just 'bunny pictures' or something?

Have you made sure you're reading the google search tool correctly ?
Is it trademarked ?
Is the .net taken and what is it being used for ?
Is the .co.uk taken and what is it being used for ?
Has the name been used in the past ?
Does the name fit in with your business plans ?

ok guys on further analysis, thanks to your techniques, it looks like its not as good as I though :/ still ok though and I shall not reveal it lol.
