I have this offered to an end user for £350 + VAT right now - but am vaguely aware of the term having house-buying relevance, so am just doublechecking I have the price right...

If anyone reading sees more value in it, such that they would like to take it off my hands for > £450+VAT, then let me know, in thread or PM is fine.

"Complaetion" is the day you move in. If it were me then i would sell for £350, fair price IMO
