contract of sale document needed

hi, have been on here a while but really not sold anything of note (more of an interest than an income) but i want to buy a couple of domains to sell on (i have someone lined up) consequently i want to make sure the sale is water tight.

Can anyone advise or provide me with a document that would help please.

If it’s for you buying/ taking over a business (PLC, LTD etc) there are defined regulations rules etc.
Again if it’s for you buying a name alone any conditions are normally up to the seller not the buyer..? Most sellers wouldn’t let the buyer dictate conditions of a sale... they might sign non disclosure but that’s about it.

If it’s for the sale of names to others depends on what and who etc the buyers and to an extent extension etc makes difference as to if its actually enforceable legal etc e'g some unkown entity in china etc pretty unlikely

Thanks, it's a domain that's not in use nor registered to a company. I just don't want the seller to feel they can pursue me for further monies once they find i have sold it on.
