Convert an old account number to the new format

I saw somewhere that someone had a converter that'd convert the old school account format to the new format - can anyone supply me with one?

Or let me know how I get the new format for an old account number..

You must extract both files to run the exe AND the computer you run the exe from must be added into your EPP live IP address list or it will not work. Enjoy!
