Wanted: Domain Appraisal Couple of phone domains

Not the best extension I know but any thoughts on

mobilephonereviews.biz 22,000 exacts
contractphones.biz 12,000 exacts

The problem I guess like u observed yourself is the extension .biz
No one seem to be touching that extension these days except for killer one word or premium domains.
The only way it can be worth something in my opinion is if it is developed.

This is like a girl with a fit body but an ugly face !

Part of me says nice and part of me says yak !
Could be worth 3k to 5k if you find an end user who doesn't object to. biz, at least it's not something dodgy like. je which would make it worthless.
