At first sight this decision seems unobjectionable. However I think that the Respondent - and The Expert - missed a trick regarding Rights. The Definition of Rights under the Policy states:
Am I alone in thinking that the domain Coventry Ricoh Arena is "wholly descriptive of the Complainant's business" at Coventry Ricoh Arena?

a Complainant will be unable to rely on rights in a name or term which is wholly descriptive of the Complainant's business;
Am I alone in thinking that the domain Coventry Ricoh Arena is "wholly descriptive of the Complainant's business" at Coventry Ricoh Arena?
