Crawling my site

I recently had to start my site from scratch as someone hacked into it and ballsed it all up. My site has now pretty much vanished in the page ranks and when i do a search for it it has all the keywords from an earlier version which is basically crap. It's now been 3 since i uploaded it but google still have the title and description of my old site there which isnt optimised as good as the live version. How do i get google to refresh itself so it shows my current live site.

Have you put the site back into the Google indexing queue?

I find a good way to get sites indexed is to have a blogger.com blog which tends to then get picked up more quickly than the indexing queue. Just write an article about your new site and it can get indexed within days.
