What was the value of this sale?

I think that is immaterial, it's the principle.
Sedo collected the commission a few weeks after cancelling the sale and did not inform the seller. That simply cannot be right, especially after advising the seller to take legal action against the buyer.

Who told you that the commission was paid?

Is it in the fine print that they can do this, the sales contract?

You may need to get your hands on the buyer side version.

Sedo are not replying to my emails, which is very frustrating.
