Interestingly the Data Quality is mentioned AGAIN, they admit there is a problem, but still we're keeping it. RAMMING SPEED Cap'n.
I don't remember a full consultation on it, but the report says there were.
I remember a few questions, but no follow up, no details of the process nothing like the consultation on .UK for example (although much like .uk they appear to have ignored everyone).
