Debit Cards?

Does anybody know of a registrar that accepts visa electron? I dont like using credit because I keep getting myself into trouble. Looked at several but cant seem to find one that takes it.

Is it to do with age verification?

It don't say on their site, but 123-reg.co.uk take Electron cards because I've used one with them in the past.
