Decent DR & UR these days

What is a decent rating in these areas. I see Wiki's up at 95 DR

It seems a bit tougher to get a DR over even 30-40+ these days.. your average Joe 8 page WP site sat at about 10-25

When link prospecting I tend to try and aim for sites above 30.

But there was quite a big shake-up of Ahrefs metrics earlier this year leaving quite a few of the smaller website owners a bit perplexed shall we say!

30 - 40 is about right for an average estabslished site. 50+ I tend to see signifciantly different in results compared to the lower 30 - 40 averages, almost like the 50+ are the old school PR7+ for comparison sake, with fast entry of new content to desirable placement. Obviously not relying on a metric alone.
