Just spoken to the nice lady on the phone. She sounded sweet so didn't give any bollockings. Just requested a refund and left it at that.

Checked all others and they have gone through fine so no worries now.

Thankfully that domain was the one I was least bothered about so it worked out alright I guess. Thanks for the info though.
