For those of you that know me on here, please go gentle. This is my first attempt at fulll site build out.

The logo is way too big, I detracts you from reading all the content you have made.

Banner needs to be smaller and you should consider changing the search boxes so they fit sites colour scheme.

Also I'd try and add a bit more unique content to each page (especially the homepage).

red's a no no on adsense mate, either blue or green is your best bet, they look like normal links at first glance. plus border same colour as background works well.

Your navigation text does not line up with the spacer lines in the nav background image.

You shouldn't really underline text unless it is a link, and on your travel insurance page there are 11 links to the same url, don't think google will think much of that.

If you were to ask me would I rent a car using your site I would say no, as it looks like a page full of ad's with a bit of content, and loads of keywords thrown in.

you might want to change Nottingham east midlands airport back to east midlands airport,for people who don't know about the story,east midlands airport rebranded there name to nottingham because they thought it was synonymous with quality and they asked all the community to design a new logo and all the kids put guns in the logo(what nottingham is really famous for) and the airport changed it back quickly.....

I agree with Admin, the header with the car pictures is way too big, it's taking up prime selling space.

Your page is in need of a clear call to action, and you need to lead the visitor through what to do next. At the moment there is no clear next step. For help, see:

I take you have removed content on your travel links page.
Site looks ok to me, just resize that banner, are you adding more pages ?
