I had hoped to get nearer to the price I paid but that's always the risk when you don't set a reserve.

It was a bit of an impusle buy because I own the plural but I didn't really need it!

Quite an interesting sale really. I guess it reflects the short lifetime that a tech-related domain can have, and the fact that domainers have to keep a close eye on advancing consumer technologies. I do think it went quite cheaply, but I should imagine there aren't that may web developers out there willing to pour effort into a DVD player site at this stage of the game. "DVD Player" has been a term I seem to remember cropping up many a time over the years on this forum.

If I hadn't bought one from the nokta thread just before this finished I probably would have went up to £500 its good name in terms of exacts at the moment.
I was worried though about the life span of any site I could build so held back.
Out of interest did the site get any type in traffic at all whilst you had it Ben
