Do you have Photoshop and help me out?

I am getting a template from boxedart.com but not sure if my old photoshop 5 can manage to edit the psds i remember having some problem before coz of the version.
Does anyone have an up to date photoshop to do a little work for me in return for a template? just some basic editing of titles.
