i4v posted about a group buying out all 3 char .uk domains to bump the price. At first I thought "how stupid" (sorry i4v) but in the last few days have rethought to buy 6 2 & 3 char uk's for reg fee but tend to buy com & net more than uk domains.

SEO doesnt seem to weight co, me or org.uk so I see no reason not to buy them.

a generic with any cc is worth considering as an affiliate page, just for the naturals and the search engines just love naturals...

Totally agree with the generics point. The less popular org and me domains can be VERY useful traffic generators once indexed.
