dodgy.com - thoughts to maximise investment

Hi All,

I've owned dodgy.com for probably 10 years now, and would like to get some actual returns from it.

Any ideas on how to sell it or what I should do with it?

Put up a site/forum about dodgy companies...

The people on here have plenty that you can write about....

Some names are easy to develop because they describe a product or service. This name is not like that - it is also mainly used in the UK. So your options are very limited.

I think if you are not worried about getting immediate cash I would put it up for sale on Sedo.co.uk and hold out for a good price ($x,xxx perhaps).

This all changes if the domain is getting good traffic, though.

Development ideas could include

a fansite for the 90 s group Dodgy (have you asked them if they want to buy the name?)
a consumers discussion forum about scams, cons and stuff like that
er....invent something called a Dodgy

I'm sure you have probably thought of this stuff already, but its the sort of name that looks great but will be tough to do much with.
